Discounts & Vouchers
- Expired discounts and vouchers must be removed from your website on the day of their expiration.
- Expired discounts and vouchers must not be conveyed to consumers through any means or in any form.
- Affiliates may only promote official discounts and vouchers communicated by the internal Affiliate Program Manager.
- Discounts and Vouchers may not be advertised as eligible to be combined with another form of discount, voucher, or cashback unless explicitly stated by us.
Validation of Sales with Voucher Codes
- To monitor the use of voucher codes by affiliates, Spero London has implemented Affiliate Window's voucher code tracking system. This system allows individual codes used in a transaction to be listed alongside each order number.
- Spero London reserves the right to reject any sales that have been traced back to an unauthorized voucher code, whether or not this code was promoted on the website.
SEO
Affiliates must update ad copy that appears in search engine page results to ensure it aligns with the latest Spero London products, offers, discounts, and vouchers.
PPC Policy
- Please be aware that brand name bidding restrictions are applicable to the Spero London program.
- Affiliates are kindly requested not to bid on brand-related terms or any variations, derivatives, or misspellings thereof. For example, bidding on terms like "Spero London jewelry," "sperolondon," "Spero London rings," etc., is not allowed.
- Affiliates are also prohibited from bidding on terms where Spero London appears in the natural listings within the top 3 results for generic terms, and not above their own PPC activity.
- To prevent broad match issues, please include restricted terms as negative keywords in all your PPC campaigns for Spero London.
- Affiliates should refrain from using any domain owned by Spero London as their display URL for PPC.
- If affiliates wish to promote Spero London via PPC using a landing page, they should first contact us.
- PPC affiliates who apply for the Spero London program without prior communication to discuss their promotion may find their application declined.
- Affiliates found violating these terms may have their commissions declined.
- The Spero London program also maintains a zero-tolerance policy for CSS providers.
- Publishers using CSS will be suspended from the program, with all commissions declined until listings are removed.
Domain Restrictions
- Affiliates are requested not to register domains that are similar to or misspelled versions of our brand. Any such activity in the campaign will result in commission declines and retrieval of the domain.
Creative
- Affiliates are urged to use only the creative materials available within their affiliate account when promoting Spero London. Please get in touch if you require additional sizes.
- Affiliates are discouraged from hard-coding banners into their websites, as updates made to the creative materials available through Affiliate Window will automatically take effect. Spero London releases a new set of banners each season and also provides promotional banners on an ad hoc basis.
Notice and Action
- Affiliates commit to taking action and addressing any requests that bring them into compliance with the Spero London program terms within a minimum of 7 UK working days.
- Exceptions to this rule will be considered at the discretion of the internal Affiliate Program Manager.
- Upon closure, there is a 7-day notice period.
Breach of Terms
- Spero London reserves the right to withhold commission payments from any affiliate found to be in violation of these terms.
