HALOS & ARROWS Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the HALOS & ARROWS Affiliate Program! This document outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the program. By joining the HALOS & ARROWS Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
2.1. "Affiliate" refers to the party applying or participating in the HALOS & ARROWS Affiliate Program.
2.2. "Order" refers to a transaction made by a customer who has clicked through the Affiliate's unique link and made a purchase at HALOS & ARROWS.
3. Affiliate Commission
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission of $100 for every Order they refer to HALOS & ARROWS, excluding shipping costs.
3.2. Commissions are only earned for legitimate Orders that are not refunded, returned, or otherwise disputed.
3.3. Commissions are not paid on the shipping charges or any additional fees associated with the Order.
4. Tracking & Reporting
4.1. Orders will be tracked using a unique affiliate link provided by HALOS & ARROWS to the Affiliate.
4.2. Affiliates can track their performance, view earned commissions, and generate their unique affiliate link via the HALOS & ARROWS affiliate dashboard.
5. Order Lock-In Period
5.1. All Orders will have a lock-in period of 30 days. During this time, the Order's legitimacy, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction will be verified.
5.2. No commissions will be disbursed during the lock-in period.
6. Payment
6.1. Commissions will be paid out 60 days after the Order has been locked in.
6.2. Payments will be made via the method selected by the Affiliate in their account settings.
6.3. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
7. Termination
HALOS & ARROWS reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, for reasons including but not limited to fraudulent activity, unethical promotion, or any breach of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
HALOS & ARROWS will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the program and/or to our website(s).
9. Modification of Terms
HALOS & ARROWS reserves the right to modify any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated to Affiliates. Continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of California. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in Los Angeles, California.
11. Acknowledgement
By participating in the HALOS & ARROWS Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions.
