Affiliate program agreement This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our Affiliate Program. As used in this Agreement, "we" or "us" refers to Vitimmune, LLC. DBA RobKellerMD.com and "you" refers to the applicant. "Site" means a World Wide Web site and, identified by exact URL (Unified Resource Locator). By signing up for an Affiliate Account, you are agreeing to the terms specified in this agreement. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into this Agreement with us. 1. Enrollment in the ProgramTo begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Affiliate Program Application. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you and/or your site are unsuitable. We reserve the right to reject your application or terminate this agreement at any time upon written notification to you. 2. Acceptable Advertising MethodsAs an affiliate, you earn revenue by generating sales of our products. You generate these sales by encouraging people to purchase our products utilizing our shopping cart. You may advertise products via:- Text Links or endorsements on your site(s)- Graphical Banners and Buttons on your site(s)- Text Links or endorsements in opt-in solicited emailsOther than posting our link or banner on your website you do not perform any activities that would give rise to Nexus in the state where you are physically located. If you have any questions about whether a method of advertising is allowed, please contact us. You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that refers to us, without first submitting such material to us and receiving our written consent. 3. Discount Affiliate Code An important benefit of being a RobKellerMD.com affiliate is that you may utilize the coupon code located in our creatives for customers new to our products. 4. Order ProcessingWe will process sales orders placed by customers solicited by you. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with any requirements foreign and/or domestic that we may establish periodically. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. Among other things, we will process payments, cancellations, and returns, and handle customer service. 5. Commission ScheduleAs an Affiliate you earn 25% commission on all new customers sales made by you , and 5% on all returning customer sales made by you.6. Non-Qualified OrdersOrders refunded at the request of the purchaser, or orders charged-back do not qualify for commission. 7. Term of the AgreementThe term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. 8. ModificationWe may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time at our sole discretion.
