Affiliate Terms of Agreement

This Affiliate “TOA” Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rights and obligations of and the website owner who has agreed to become an affiliate partner through the Shareasale Network. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth below and agree to abide by all terms as stated herein. Approval and Authority.

‘Lily and Bean’ reserves the right to reject any website or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your website, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, the inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. ‘Lily and Bean’ has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.

• As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your website as a member of our affiliate program and will establish a link from your site to ours.


• Affiliate will not create a site that is confusingly similar to https://lilyandbean.com/, as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, the name of lilyandbean.com, or any variations of our name is prohibited.


• If the affiliate customer order gets canceled, then the affiliate commission will be reverted back. You will get only paid for the valid sales. If you have any questions, then you can email us. 


• An affiliate can use Coupon Code for promoting ‘Lily and Bean’ only which is offered in the ShareASale account.


• If Any Fake or Coupon Code is used for promotion, immediate action would be taken.

PPC GUIDELINES: 
If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC guidelines as follows: 
You may not bid on any of our *trademarked terms (which are identified below), including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns on Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, or any other network. You may not use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. Lily and Bean coupons). 

You may not use our trademarked terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name, or as the display URL. If you automate your PPC campaigns, it is your responsibility to exclude our trademarked terms from your program and we strongly suggest you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords.
