Releaf Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

PPC Policy

Releaf does not permit any Pay-Per-Click (PPC) activity under its affiliate programme. Affiliates must not engage in any form of paid search promotion, including but not limited to Google, Bing, Yahoo, or other search engines.

This includes:

Bidding on the Releaf brand name, its derivatives, or misspellings (e.g., Releaf, Re-leaf, ReLeaf, Releaf.co.uk)

Using brand name extensions (e.g., Releaf CBD oil, Releaf medical marijuana), including misspellings or similar variations

Any activity that may result in brand bidding conflicts or misrepresentation of Releaf in search results

Affiliates must also refrain from using terms such as “Official” or similar language that implies an official partnership with Releaf.

All affiliates are required to add "Releaf" and related terms as negative keywords in all paid search campaigns to prevent unintended broad match conflicts.

⚠️ Violation of this PPC policy may lead to suspension or removal from the Releaf affiliate program.
Any PPC sales will be declined. Violation of this policy will result in suspension and removal from the program, and no commission will be paid on PPC sales.

Commission Structure (Updated — Effective 1st January)

First Purchase CPA

Commission is paid on the patient’s first paid purchase of medication following their consultation.

Only the first purchase is eligible for commission, and the CPA is validated once the transaction has completed successfully.

This replaces the previous £99 consultation-based CPA model.

Subsequent Purchases

Any additional purchases, renewals, or subscription charges after the first purchase are not commissionable.

Discount Code Validation

Commission will only be paid where a valid, Awin-issued discount code is used at checkout.

Commissions generated using unauthorised or expired will be rejected.

Self-Transactions

Affiliates may not use their own websites to earn commissions on personal transactions. Any such activity is considered a breach of Releaf’s terms and conditions and may lead to termination of the affiliate account, along with removal from the Releaf affiliate program.

Email Policy

Affiliates are not permitted to send unsolicited emails ("spam") under the Releaf affiliate program. If affiliates wish to send an email on behalf of Releaf to their database, they must first obtain prior written approval from Releaf.

Content Policy

Affiliates must ensure that their websites, social media, and other digital activities do not impersonate or pass off as Releaf or any Releaf-related companies.

Content that promotes negativity, hate speech, pornography, racial or derogatory statements, or any offensive material is strictly prohibited. Affiliates are expected to maintain a professional and positive tone in all Releaf-related promotions.

Transparency & Link Placement

Affiliates are expected to provide transparency around how Releaf is promoted. On request, Releaf may ask for details such as URLs, subpages, or placements within emails or social posts.

We encourage timely responses to support compliance and brand consistency. Where the source of a referral cannot be verified after reasonable efforts, the affiliate may be suspended or removed from the programme.

Notice Period

This program operates with a 7-day closure notice period. Either Releaf or the affiliate may terminate the agreement with 7 days' notice. Releaf reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate immediately in cases of breaches of these terms.

Failure to Comply

Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in removal from the Releaf affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions.
