PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR EYEVOS AFFILIATE PROGRAM
This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Eyevos (the "Company"), and you, as an Affiliate Marketer (the "Affiliate").
ENROLLMENT
After receiving your application, we will review your website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our Program. We reserve the right to reject any application at our own discretion.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
We shall provide you with specific links to use in all promotional materials. You agree to only use these links in your efforts to promote Eyevos.
COMMISSIONS
You will receive a commission for sending authorized sales via your links. In order to place links, you must first be approved by Eyevos to become an Affiliate of our Program.
RESTRICTIONS
You are not permitted to promote any products or services other than those of Eyevos on your site using our promotional materials. You are not allowed to use any form of spam or unsolicited commercial email in promoting Eyevos.
TERMINATION
We may terminate your Affiliate status at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement or for conduct that we believe is harmful to our business.
MODIFICATION
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
By agreeing to participate in the Eyevos Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.
