Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Restored 316 (“Company”) and the individual or entity (“Affiliate”) who indicates their acceptance of this Agreement by checking the box on the Company’s affiliate registration page. By agreeing to this Agreement, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Restored 316 Affiliate Program. The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products in compliance with the rules and guidelines stated below.
2. Affiliate Partner Eligibility
We welcome affiliate partners who align with our brand values and audience. In general, we approve applications from:
- Existing Restored 316 customers
- Creators, bloggers, and businesses within the WordPress, website development, and blogging space
- Partners who maintain a genuine interest in promoting quality tools and resources for website creators
We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates at our discretion. We do not accept applications from:
- Deal, discount, or coupon websites
- Cashback or incentive-based affiliate platforms
- Affiliate farming sites that exist solely to generate commissions
- Websites or partners that misrepresent our brand or use misleading promotion tactics
By applying to our affiliate program, you agree to maintain ethical promotion standards and to represent our products and brand with integrity.
3. Rules and Responsibilities
The Affiliate agrees to the following:
Prohibited Activities:
- Affiliates may not bid on the Company’s branded domain name or any variations thereof in paid search campaigns.
- Affiliates may not share coupon codes unless explicitly provided by the Company for the Affiliate’s client base.
- Transactions made using coupon codes intended only for existing customers through the Affiliate’s link will be voided without notice.
Promotion Guidelines:
- Affiliates must use only the promotional materials provided by the Company or materials approved by the Company in writing.
- Affiliates must not engage in misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
Right to Terminate:
- The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, without notice, if the Affiliate violates any terms of this Agreement.
4. Commission and Payments
Commission Structure:
- Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on all qualifying product sales, excluding courses and services.
- A 60-day referral period applies, meaning commissions will only be earned on transactions made within 60 days of a customer clicking the Affiliate’s link.
Payment Terms:
- Payments are processed through AWIN on a monthly basis.
- Affiliates can choose to be paid via check, ACH direct deposit, or wire transfer.
- The minimum payment threshold is $50.
Payment Settings:
- Affiliates opting for direct deposit or wire transfer must complete the necessary forms within their AWIN account under Payment Settings.
- Payment methods and thresholds are subject to AWIN's policies.
5. Affiliate Tracking
The Company will provide each Affiliate with a unique affiliate link for tracking purposes. The Company is not responsible for any tracking errors or technical issues that may affect the calculation of commissions.
6. Term and Termination
- This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by removing oneself from the affiliate program.
7. Independent Contractor Relationship
The Affiliate is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or agent of Restored 316. The Affiliate is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the program.
9. Acceptance of Agreement
By checking the box on the affiliate registration page, the Affiliate confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
