Existing Customer Policy
Commissions will only be paid for transactions from new customers. Orders placed by existing LabEx users or returning customers are not eligible for commission. LabEx will verify this using internal user data and decline such transactions during the validation process.
Commission Integrity
Commissions are only awarded for successfully completed transactions. Transactions that result in cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will not be eligible for commission payment.
PPC Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on LabEx's brand name, domain name, trademarks, or any variations/misspellings thereof. Violation of this policy may lead to transaction cancellations and potential removal from the programme.
Brand Protection
We ask affiliates to maintain the integrity of the LabEx brand. Activities such as spam, misleading advertising, or any form of promotion that could harm our reputation are not permitted. LabEx reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates engaging in such practices.
