Freeze Defense Affiliate Program Terms
Affiliates may not bid on search terms for "Freeze Defense" or variations thereof. Affiliates may not bid on Freeze Defense's URL: freezedefense.net. Affiliates are not permitted to use the display URL above in any ad on any network. Any publisher found to violate this search policy will have sales associated with this practice reversed.
Reversal Policy. Freeze Defense reverses the right to reverse orders for reasons including, but not limited to, order cancellations, customer returns, disputed charges (chargebacks), fraudulent orders, and any program violation outlined in this terms agreement. Freeze Defense may ask you for more information regarding certain orders and/or clicks that may be found in violation, and it is expected that you will respond to any inquiry in a honest and timely manner.
You may be found in violation of our communications policy if: 1) You are found to be misrepresenting the truth, are intentionally vague, and are not providing enough information in regards to a question asked. 2) You do not respond to our inquiries within a reasonable amount of time, especially after multiple attempts to contact you. 3) You cannot validate or substantiate the source of your traffic to our affiliate program with demonstrable and clear proof.
If you are found in violation of our affiliate agreement, we reserve the right to reverse orders and set your commission rate to 0%. We may also choose to suspend you from our affiliate program.
We further understand that some violations can be the result of automated processes (i.e. bots), however is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper system checks in place to proactively address such issues, and to abide by our affiliate terms.
