Affiliate agrees to the following obligations:-To promote the Company's products and services in a professional and ethical manner.-To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with its participation in the Affiliate Program.-To use only the Company's approved marketing materials and promotional codes.-To accurately track and report all sales generated through its promotional activities.-To keep all Confidential Information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the Company's prior written consent.All Intellectual Property created by Affiliate in connection with the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to marketing materials and promotional codes, will be considered co-property with the Company.
