Transactions will be attributed on a last-click basis unless otherwise stated. The Advertiser reserves the right to de-duplicate transactions against other marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, email, and direct traffic. Where another channel is deemed to have driven the primary conversion, the commission may be declined or adjusted. The Advertiser reserves the right to decline or adjust commission for reasons including, but not limited to order cancellations, returns, duplicate tracking, suspected fraudulent activity, or de-duplication against other marketing channels. The following traffic sources are not permitted: incentivized traffic (unless approved), adware, toolbar traffic, cookie stuffing, or any misleading or deceptive practices. While the Advertiser will make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate tracking, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking and is not liable for technical discrepancies.
