Your eligibility may be suspended or terminated if we (in our sole discretion) determine that your website is unsuitable for participation in the program. Examples of unsuitable websites include those that promote illegal content; promote education; promote violence; promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, gender, or age; infringe intellectual property rights; or are deemed to be contrary to the best interests of bluvall.com. This Agreement applies only to websites owned and managed by the affiliate indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstances may the bluvall.com Affiliate Referral Link be placed on a website not registered with bluvall.com. Domain names containing brand names, branding within the publisher's own subdomains, and name bidding on brands (including misprints and variants) on platforms such as AdWords and adCenter are not permitted.
