In-text advertising where specific keywords within the text of a webpage are matched with advertising and/or related information units is prohibited.
Closed keyword policy:
Affiliates are not entitled to place such ad in search engines, which may be mistaken for ONE.COM owing to their type or which do not link to the registered or displayed affiliate page when clicked, but jump to the ONE.COM website by way of a direct redirect.
Terms such as "One.com", "www.one.com" or misspellings of same cannot be used as keywords/AdWords and ad texts in search engines or in sponsored listings. One.com is a registered trademark of One.com. Violation can lead to an immediate expulsion from One.com's partner program as well as legal action.
