ZipSheets USA Affiliate Program Terms
These Terms govern your participation in the ZipSheets USA affiliate program through Awin. By applying to or promoting our program, you agree to the following:
1. Commission
Affiliates earn 5% of net sales (excluding tax, shipping, discounts, and returns).
Commission is tracked and paid through Awin according to their standard schedule.
No commission is paid on refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or duplicate orders.
2. Cookie & Tracking
Cookie duration: 30 days.
Only Awin-approved tracking links may be used.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
You agree to:
Promote ZipSheets honestly and accurately.
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (per FTC guidelines).
Use only approved creatives and links provided in Awin.
Target U.S. audiences only (ZipSheets USA cannot fulfill international orders).
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Bid on “ZipSheets,” “ZipSheets USA,” or misspellings in PPC campaigns.
Use unapproved coupon codes or create fake coupon offers.
Engage in cookie stuffing, cloaking, adware, toolbars, or forced clicks.
Promote ZipSheets via spam email, unsolicited messages, or misleading ads.
Impersonate the ZipSheets brand in domain names, social profiles, or content.
5. Content & Brand Usage
You may use approved logos, banners, and creatives available in Awin.
Do not alter trademarks, logos, or imagery without permission.
Any custom content must be accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
6. Termination
ZipSheets USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misleading promotion.
Upon termination, all links, creatives, and brand references must be removed immediately.
7. Liability
ZipSheets USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program.
Affiliates agree to indemnify ZipSheets USA against claims resulting from their marketing practices.
8. Modifications
ZipSheets USA may update these Terms or the commission structure at any time. Updates will be posted within Awin. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (State of [Your State]), without regard to conflict of law principles.
