Always spell and capitalize our brand and product names correctly: Hem Healer®, Hem Hero®, Hem Rescue®, Hem Easy Flow Fiber® (include ® when used in text if possible).
Do not alter, abbreviate, or create slang versions of our brand name in any marketing materials.
Logo and Visual Assets
Only use logos, images, and banners provided in our official affiliate resource library.
Do not crop, stretch, recolor, or overlay text on our logo without written approval.
Maintain clear space around the logo so it’s not crowded by other text or graphics.
Ad Copy & Messaging
All claims must be truthful and in compliance with FTC advertising guidelines.
Do not make unsubstantiated health claims (e.g., “guaranteed cure” or “instant results”).
Keep tone and style consistent with our brand voice: professional, supportive, and solution-focused.
PPC and Keyword Use
Do not bid on our brand name, product names, domain name, or misspellings/variations.
Add our brand and product names to your negative keyword list.
Shopping ads may not link directly to our site unless expressly approved in writing.
Website and Landing Page Standards
Your site must clearly identify you as the owner/operator, not impersonate our official site.
Include a privacy policy and any required disclaimers (especially for health-related content).
Avoid low-quality or misleading “before and after” images.
Social Media Guidelines
Do not create social accounts or pages that appear to be official company channels.
Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly in social posts (e.g., #ad, #affiliate).
Use only approved product images and do not modify them beyond minor cropping/resizing.
Email Marketing Rules
Do not send unsolicited commercial emails (spam).
All email promotions must comply with CAN-SPAM and other applicable laws.
Email templates mentioning our products must be pre-approved before sending.
Prohibited Practices
No misleading “scam” or “rip-off” style review sites.
