Affiliate's Agreement Terms:
Affiliate agrees to promote Company's products/services in accordance with Company's guidelines and policies.
Affiliate shall not engage in any illegal or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or misleading representations.
Affiliates will be responsible for creating and maintaining their own marketing materials, including website content, if applicable.
