Out Grow Affiliate Program Agreement
By participating in the Out Grow Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, please do not register for the affiliate program.
Affiliate Acceptance: Once your application is submitted, we will review your website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our program.
Promotion of Our Affiliate Relationship: Affiliates may use graphic and text links both on their website and within email messages. Affiliates may also advertise the Out Grow site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
Restrictions:
Affiliates must not use misleading or false statements in their promotions.
Usage of any form of traffic that is deemed "inappropriate" or "illegal" is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates are not allowed to create social media accounts that could be mistaken as being a part of Out Grow.
Commission Structure: Affiliates will receive a commission for each sale referred to Out Grow through the affiliate's unique tracking link.
Payment: Payments will be made once the affiliate reaches a minimum threshold, as determined by Out Grow.
Termination: Out Grow reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's contract if they are found in violation of this agreement.
Liability: Out Grow will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the program or our website.
Agreement Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
By signing up for the Out Grow Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.
