Use of the name ‘Abel & Cole’, ‘abelandcole.co.uk’ and any misspells in any way in Search Engines, directories is prohibited for all affiliates. Any other breach of any Abel & Cole trademarks or copyright is expressly forbidden and will result in the immediate termination of the agreement.
Commissions will only be paid on completion of successful first delivery of an order to a customer. Orders cancelled between orders being placed and first delivery will not receive any commission. Commissions will only be paid on successful orders as tracked in Darwin.
