Welcome to the Classy Leather Bags Affiliate Program. To ensure a transparent and ethical relationship between our brand and our affiliates, all participants must adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Branded Keyword & URL Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on or using Classy Leather Bags’ branded keywords (including variations, misspellings, or domain names), store URLs, or any term that could mislead users into believing the advertisement is directly from Classy Leather Bags.
Sales generated through such unethical promotional methods will not be honored, and the affiliate may be removed from the program without notice.
2. Coupon Code Usage
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting or distributing existing coupons that appear on our website or social media channels. Any such activity will be deemed a breach of this Agreement. Affiliates may only promote and use coupon codes that are expressly issued to them.
3. FTC Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Classy Leather Bags wherever affiliate links are shared—whether on blog posts, social media, or any other promotional platform.
This disclosure must be:
Clear and visible
Straightforward and concise
Stating that the affiliate may receive a commission for purchases made via their link
This is in accordance with FTC guidelines and ensures transparency with all audiences.
4. Fraud Policy
Classy Leather Bags has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity.
If any suspicious or fraudulent behavior is detected:
The affiliate will be immediately disqualified from receiving commissions
We reserve the right to notify our affiliate network and/or take further action
Negative feedback may be submitted to the respective network
These measures are in place to maintain the integrity and fairness of our affiliate program.
5. Proper Use of Logo & Branding
Affiliates are allowed to use the Classy Leather Bags logo and creative assets provided via the affiliate network only for the purpose of promoting our products through the affiliate program.
Modifying, altering, or misrepresenting the logo or any brand visuals is strictly prohibited. Misuse may result in immediate termination from the program.
