These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern participation in our affiliate program (the “Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with all terms set forth herein.
1. Brand Usage and Protection
Affiliates must use brand names, trademarks, and other intellectual property only in accordance with our guidelines.
Certain keywords and phrases may be restricted for brand promotion to protect brand integrity.
Misleading, abusive, or unauthorized use of the brand name is strictly prohibited.
2. Social Media Policy
Affiliates representing the brand on social media must ensure all posts, words, content, and interactions reflect positively on the brand.
All communications must comply with applicable platform rules and community guidelines.
3. Email Marketing Policy
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act, when sending marketing emails.
Emails must include valid unsubscribe options, accurate sender details, and any required advertising disclosures.
4. Coupon and Deal Usage Policy
Coupons, discount codes, and promotional offers must be used only as authorized.
Affiliates must comply with any specified validity periods, restrictions, discount levels, and other promotional terms.
5. FTC Advertising Compliance
Affiliates must follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for endorsements and testimonials.
Clear and conspicuous disclosure of the affiliate relationship is required in all promotional content.
6. Commission Structure and Special Terms
Standard commission rates apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Special commission structures (e.g., fixed rate, commission ratio, tiered commission, team-based commissions) must be approved by us in advance.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal marketing practices.
Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
