WELLinsulated® Affiliate Program — Terms & Guidelines
Commission & Cookie
Affiliates earn 20% commission on all net sales (after discounts, returns, taxes, and shipping) of WELLinsulated products.
The tracking cookie duration is 30 days — any purchase made within 30 days of the last click attribution qualifies for commission, subject to approval.
Payout / Validation / Payment Terms
Commissions are validated within 7 calendar days from the order date.
Affiliates are paid according to Awin’s payout schedule and thresholds. Returns, chargebacks, or cancellations will result in commission adjustments or reversals.
All transactions are subject to manual or automated validation by WELLinsulated, and any deemed fraudulent, ineligible, or in violation of these terms may be declined.
Branding & Creative Usage
Affiliates must use only approved logos, images, and copy as provided in Awin and may not alter or edit them without prior written consent.
Custom creatives or co-branded materials require advance written approval from WELLinsulated.
Affiliates must not misrepresent the brand, pricing, promotions, or make misleading claims about WELLinsulated products.
Promotional Restrictions & Disallowed Practices
To protect brand integrity and ensure compliance, the following restrictions apply:
1. Coupon, Deal, Cashback, and Incentive Sites
-WELLinsulated does not partner with coupon, voucher, discount, cashback, incentive, or loyalty sites unless explicitly pre-approved in writing.
-Affiliates may not promote, publish, or distribute coupon codes, deals, or discounts that are not officially issued or approved by WELLinsulated.
-Use of expired, leaked, or unauthorized codes is strictly prohibited.
-Transactions generated through unapproved coupon or sub-affiliate networks (including those using code scraping, automatic application tools, or browser extensions) will be declined without exception.
-Any publisher operating as or through a sub-affiliate network must disclose all traffic sources and obtain prior written approval before driving traffic.
2. Search and Paid Advertising
-Affiliates may not bid on WELLinsulated-branded keywords (e.g., “WELLinsulated,” “WELL insulated bags,” “WELLinsulated promo”) or misspellings thereof in PPC or paid social campaigns.
-Direct linking to WELLinsulated.com from paid ads is not permitted.
3. Misleading or Non-Compliant Promotions
-Affiliates may not offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, or “cash-back” incentives to visitors.
-Cloaking, cookie stuffing, false claims, or misleading “exclusive offer” promotions are strictly prohibited.
-Affiliates must comply with all FTC and local disclosure regulations (e.g., stating clearly when posts contain affiliate links).
Violations of these promotional restrictions may result in commission reversal, account suspension, or permanent removal from the program at WELLinsulated’s sole discretion.
Termination, Suspension & Changes
WELLinsulated reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at any time for non-compliance, fraudulent behavior, or poor-quality traffic.
The program, commission structure, and cookie duration may be modified with 30 days’ notice via Awin messaging.
Suspended or terminated affiliates forfeit all pending commissions and must remove all active links immediately.
Reporting & Audit
WELLinsulated reserves the right to audit affiliate activity, including but not limited to traffic sources, promotional methods, and conversions.
We may decline or reverse commissions that originate from:
-Unauthorized coupon usage
-Incentivized traffic
-Unapproved sub-affiliate networks
-Fraudulent or non-genuine transactions
Affiliates are expected to provide reasonable reporting transparency upon request.
Intellectual Property & Trademark Usage
Affiliates may use WELLinsulated trademarks, logos, and product imagery only as provided within Awin’s Creative Library and only for the purpose of promoting WELLinsulated.
No affiliate may register domains, social handles, or paid search keywords containing “WELLinsulated” or close variations thereof.
Limitation of Liability / Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify WELLinsulated against any claims or damages arising from their marketing practices, non-compliance with laws, or misuse of materials.
WELLinsulated’s liability is limited to commissions properly owed and approved; the brand is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
