Program Terms and Conditions 

Commission Structure

Cashback and Voucher code affiliates

  • 3% commission

All other publisher types

  • 8% commission  

If part of an order is returned we will still award commission on the realised order value.

Validation
All online orders will be validated on the 1st of the following month.

Cookie Period
30 days

PPC policy

• Affiliates are not permitted to bid on brand name or any variant or misspelling

• Use of our display URL is prohibited in any PPC campaigns
• Affiliates may not use a URL redirect to take the customer directly to our site from a PPC advert
• Affiliates wishing to promote is using the PPC channel must do so using their own websites or landing pages

Affiliates found breaking these terms may have pending transactions cancelled or face suspension from the programme.

Email Marketing

All email marketing must first be signed-off by the the Affiliate Team for approval.

Discount code/Voucher use & Offers on merchant pages

Affiliates are not allowed to publish any discount/voucher codes on their site(s) / emails that have not been verified or approved by us. Affiliates are also not permitted to create their own Jing offers as these may be misleading or false. All offers displayed on the publisher promotional space must be signed off and approved by the the Affiliate Team, no unauthorised activity can be displayed. Doing so may result in suspension from the program and non-payment of commissions.

Subnetworks

Currently Jing Tea do not wish to partner with any sub-network publishers. 

Tenancy payments / publisher IOs

All IOs for promotional activity must be raised within a month of the activity going live (preferably these should be raised before or on the day that the activity goes live to ensure prompt payment).

Unpaid IOs must be followed up within three months of the activity.

Creative and Assets 

Publishers may be asked to edit and / or remove creative assets, references to players and / or any other material on request giving 48 hours notice. All creative assets must be provided by us. 

 

Cashback 

  • Cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the retailer and shopping as normal
  • Cashback is available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online
  • Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the retailer confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
  • The vast majority of transactions from retailers track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 60 days of the transaction
  • Cashback may initially track at a lower or higher rate and update to the correct rate on confirmation
  • Cashback is not issued by the retailer. If you have any queries regarding cashback or payments, please contact Customer Support directly and not the retailer
  • Even though we do our best to keep the information on this page up-to-date, it may be out of date from time to time
  • The vast majority of retailers do pay cashback on the full basket price, occasionally some may only pay cashback minus VAT, delivery charges, card payment fees, surcharges, taxes and any other additional charges
  • If you purchase products across multiple cashback rates in one session, the lowest rate will track against the full 'basket' amount
  • Cashback will only track if the retailer can track your purchase to us. This means that you must click the 'Get Cashback link', go straight through to the retailer website and make the purchase in the same session without exiting your internet browser
  • The retailer reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of their website
  • The cashback offered is only available as shown at the time and the retailer reserves the right to withdraw their offering at any time
  • Cashback rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time
  • Cashback is strictly not paid when a voucher code is used and may not be available on all purchases
  • Sales & commission amounts exclude VAT, delivery charges & payments using gift card

Voucher:

Additional Voucher codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers. Voucher code sales will be subject to a lower commission amount than other sales. Check our commission tiers for further details.
