Love Letter

Program Terms

Brand Name Usage

Always refer to the brand as “Love Letter.” No alterations, abbreviations, or misspellings (e.g., “LoveLetters,” “LoveLtr”) are permitted.

Logo & Creative Assets

Affiliates and creators may only use logos, banners, and imagery provided through Awin or official Love Letter media kits. Do not edit, recolor, or create new versions of the logo.

Imagery & Content Creation

  • Creators may use gifted products for content creation but must tag @studioloveletter on Instagram and other platforms when posting.
  • Content must be authentic, original, and consistent with Love Letter’s positioning as a premium, travel-inspired jewelry brand.
  • Editing is allowed for aesthetic purposes, but product integrity (color, size, design) must not be misrepresented.
  • Do not stage content in contexts that may harm or conflict with Love Letter’s brand values (e.g. offensive or unsafe environments).

Tone of Voice

Captions and content should reflect Love Letter’s identity: playful, travel-inspired, and premium. Avoid misleading claims, discount messaging (unless part of an approved campaign), or language that undermines the brand’s luxury positioning.

Prohibited Usage

  • No bidding on “Love Letter” brand terms, misspellings, or variations in any paid search activity.
  • No use of Love Letter branding in domains, social handles, or display URLs.
  • No content partnerships with counterfeit sellers, discount voucher farms, or resale platforms.
  • No use of Love Letter assets in paid media without prior approval.

Approvals & Rights

  • Creators must seek approval before using Love Letter assets in paid or sponsored advertising.
  • By partnering with Love Letter, affiliates grant the brand permission to repurpose approved content across Love Letter’s owned channels (social, email, website), with credit unless agreed otherwise.
  • Any use of Love Letter branding outside provided assets or agreed collaborations requires prior written approval from the marketing team.
