These Terms & Conditions apply to all affiliates promoting Mumshandmade through the Awin network. By joining and participating in our programme, you agree to the following:
1. Commission & Validation
Standard commission: 10–15% per validated sale (tiered and negotiable for high-performing partners).
Commission is only paid on net sales, excluding shipping fees, taxes, cancellations, chargebacks, and returned orders.
Orders are validated after our returns period has passed.
2. Cookie Period
30-day last-click attribution applies across devices (where supported by Awin).
Commission is awarded to the last eligible affiliate click before purchase.
3. Programme Restrictions
The following activities are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by Mumshandmade:
Bidding on our brand name “Mumshandmade” or close misspellings in PPC/search ads.
Direct linking to our website from paid search ads.
Use of unapproved voucher or coupon codes (only codes listed within Awin are valid).
Use of misleading claims, spam, or non-compliant email marketing.
Placement on websites containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
4. Creatives & Content Use
Affiliates may only use banners, text links, product feeds, and other creatives provided within Awin.
Custom creatives may be requested and must be pre-approved before use.
Brand assets may not be altered without permission.
5. Traffic Sources
We welcome the following:
Content and editorial websites
Blogs and social media
Cashback and loyalty platforms
Price comparison and shopping directories
Email (must be opt-in and GDPR compliant)
Prohibited without prior approval: incentivised traffic outside loyalty/cashback, toolbars, or browser extensions.
6. Voucher & Discount Policy
Only voucher codes issued and tracked via Awin are commissionable.
Use of unapproved codes may result in commission being declined.
7. Order Validation & Locking
Orders are reviewed and locked after 30–45 days (to allow for cancellations or returns).
Mumshandmade reserves the right to decline commission for invalid or fraudulent transactions.
8. Programme Management
Mumshandmade reserves the right to update commission rates, programme rules, or creatives at any time.
Affiliates found in breach of these terms may be suspended or removed from the programme.
