It is prohibited for any affiliate on the SimplyCook program to engage in any SEM activity involving bidding on any keyword which might reasonably be deemed to be a SimplyCook brand keyword, or variation, or misspelling thereof.
We reserve the right to change the regulation and provision of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any such changes per email. If you do not agree with any changes to the terms and conditions you still have the chance to terminate the partnership. Your ongoing partnership to the programme, after the date of the changes, means you accept the new terms. We will inform you of the legal changes per email.
The use of vouchercodes taken from sources other than Awin itself, or via agreement with SimplyCook, is grounds for the rejection of all sales with codes, at SimplyCook's discretion.
