Trademark Infringement: Affiliates are prohibited from using the company's trademarks or brand name in their domain names, social media handles, or advertising campaigns without explicit permission or approval

Paid Search Advertising Restrictions: Limitations on bidding on the company's trademarked keywords or phrases in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, unless specifically allowed.

Misleading Claims: Prohibiting affiliates from making false or misleading claims about the company's products or services in their marketing materials.

Cookie Stuffing: Preventing affiliates from using unethical practices like cookie stuffing, where they surreptitiously place affiliate cookies on visitors' browsers without their knowledge or consent.

Incentivized Clicks or Actions: Prohibiting affiliates from offering incentives, such as cash or prizes, in exchange for clicks, sign-ups, or purchases through their affiliate links.

Spyware or Adware: Restricting the use of spyware or adware to promote the company's products or services.

Adult or Harmful Content: Stipulating that affiliates should not promote the company's products or services on websites or platforms containing adult content, hate speech, or harmful material.

Cookie Overrides: Ensuring that affiliates do not use techniques to override or replace the cookies of other affiliates.

Multiple Accounts: Prohibiting affiliates from creating multiple accounts for the purpose of self-referrals or fraudulent activities.

Misrepresentation of Discounts or Coupons: Preventing affiliates from advertising fake or unauthorized discounts or coupons.

Click Fraud: Strictly prohibiting click fraud, where affiliates artificially inflate click-through rates to earn more commissions.

Offline Promotions without Approval: Requiring approval for any offline promotional activities, such as events or print advertising.

Unapproved Incentive Programs: Restricting affiliates from offering their own incentive programs (e.g., cashback or rewards) without prior authorization.

Non-Disclosure of Affiliate Status: Requiring affiliates to disclose their affiliate status when endorsing or reviewing the company's products or services.

Violation of Privacy Laws: Ensuring that affiliates comply with data protection and privacy laws when collecting and handling customer information.
