Currency
Financial transactions covered by this Template Term will be processed in the GBP currency. Currency exchanges will occur when you or your partner(s) have set a different default currency in account settings.
Change Notification Period
The Contract can be changed or cancelled with 1 day(s) notification to the Partner.
Reversal Policy
Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by the Advertiser governed by a max reversal percentage of 100%.
Partner Tracking Pixel
Advertiser does NOT allow Partner to fire their tracking pixel when the consumer action is completed.

30 day cookie period for non-incentive publishers, 7 day cookie period for cashback, loyalty and discount publishers.
PPC POLICY
Affiliate must obtain written authorization from Halara to bid on TM+. Sub-network is prohibited from allowing its publishers to engage in TM+ bidding.

- Keyword Restriction: You can only bid on the specific keywords provided. Please make sure not to do any bidding activities with retricted keywords.
- Match type: only [exact match] is allowed, phrase match and broad match are not allowed

Promotional rules
Under no circumstances may HALARA Affiliate Referral links are placed on sites not registered with https://thehalara.co.uk/.
Affiliates must abide by the following rules:
- Not allowed to use domains containing the brand's name
- Not allowed to use the brand's name in the subdomain on the publisher's own domain
- Not allowed to bid on brand's name, trademarks, the brand’s name and domain name (including misspellings and variations) on Ad words, Adcenter,etc…
- Not allowed to use of display url
- Not allowed to use direct linking, includes through content networks
- Not allowed Site under/pop under/adware
- Not allowed Browser extensions/ plug-in, chrome extensions
The below are some recommended promotions:
1. Place our pre-coded banners with affiliate links on your website, social media and blog
2. Share our discounted deals, promotions and offers with your followers or group members
3. Create quailty content, like brand review or recommendations, and publish it on your website, blog, social media, communities, etc
Validation
All returned products, non-qualified orders will be not paid. If affiliates violate our promotional rules, we will cancel commissions for compensation.
