- PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine. Brand keywords and keywords of the Brand is strictly forbidden to be used on such PPC campaigns in any search engines
- Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of ThePanelStation.
- Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the ThePanelStation website.
**New terms and conditions:
- Affiliates are not allowed to use any incentivized traffic, Adult traffic, Gaming Traffic, Porn traffic, Dating traffic, Betting sites Or any kind of additional attractions for the user to singup with the Brand for the sake of earning extra money from other incentive demanding sites.
- CashBack / RewardsBack / Reward Points, joining bonus etc, will be credited/approved only if lead is generated and tracked in real-time and attributed as per attribution rules.
- Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may misslead users to believe that such site is the merchants brand website.
- Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means the merchant's identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
- Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes/banners creatives/ ad copies / text ads that are distributed by the merchant (ThePanelStation). Any sales registered through other unapproved or invalid signup forms/ banners ads/ urls / landing pages links/ Instagram accounts/ Meta business managers not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
- Affiliates are not allowed to promote Ad copies that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
- Affiliates are not permitted to promote the merchant through any toolbar unless they have direct authorization from the merchant.
- Incentivized traffic is allowed only with the approval of the Merchant.
- Email Affiliates should contact Merchant Team for approval.
- Affiliates violating the above T&C will be rejected from the program.
