We do not allow brand bidding without the written permission from Naturewall, this is something we take very seriously.
Affiliates are prohibited from brand bidding on misspells or variations of the Naturewall brand terms. It is not allowed to place your company name, trademarks, service marks, or product names next to (or combine them with) a Naturewall brand/product name.
Naturewall reserves the right to permanently remove any publishers from the Awin affiliate program, should they be proven to be ‘brand bidding’.
‘Brand bidding’ is defined as using keywords, triggering search results for Naturewall branded keywords and/or any Naturewall related keywords e.g. Naturewall, Naturewall Panels etc. (but not exclusively the mentioned terms) to drive traffic to the Naturewall website. We will be conducting regular surveys of affiliate activity to identify any affiliate that are ‘brand bidding’
The Naturewall name is trademarked and any unauthorised use of the brand can be pursued.
