The Program Agreement outlines the essential guidelines and regulations for our Hyaestic Commission Program. To ensure the integrity of our partnership, please note the following regulations:
1. Promotion of Authentic Information: Affiliates are required to accurately represent our brand and products. Misleading information or false claims about Hyaestic products are strictly prohibited.
2. Ethical Marketing Practices: Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and avoid any content that could harm our brand reputation or the well-being of potential customers.
3. No Brand Bidding: Affiliates are restricted from bidding on Hyaestic brand keywords or variations in search engine marketing campaigns to prevent brand confusion.
4. Prohibited Content: Affiliates must refrain from using offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content when promoting Hyaestic products.
5. No Coupon/Deal Misuse: Affiliates are prohibited from creating and promoting unauthorized or fabricated coupons or deals for Hyaestic products.
6. Content Approval: Prior approval from Hyaestic is necessary for any promotional content, including blog posts, social media posts, and advertisements.
7. No Cookie-Stuffing: The use of cookie-stuffing techniques to gain unjust commissions is strictly prohibited.
8. No Self-Referrals: Affiliates cannot refer themselves for purchases using their affiliate links.
9. Respect of Intellectual Property: Affiliates must respect Hyaestic's intellectual property rights and avoid unauthorized use of our branding, logos, and content.
10. No Spam or Unsolicited Communication: Affiliates are not allowed to engage in spam or send unsolicited emails or communications promoting Hyaestic products.
11. Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their marketing activities and promotions.
Please be aware that any violation of these regulations may result in the termination of the affiliate partnership. All affiliates are also bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use.
