Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before you join our program or begin marketing our program. These terms and conditions are written in plain language to ensure that they may be clearly understood and followed by affiliates. Each affiliate is responsible for assuring that its employees, agents, and contractors comply with these terms. Terms are subject to change at any time.
DEFINITIONS
1. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Gardenreet and our website.
2. "You" or "your" refers to the affiliate.
3. "Our website" refers to the Gardenreet properties located at http://www.gardenreet.com.
4. "Your website" refers to any websites that you use to link to our website.
5. "Program" refers to the Gardenreet Affiliate Program.
ENROLLMENT
After receiving your application, we will review your website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection within 48 hours. We reserve the right to reject any application. Including all relevant websites in your profile will help our decision process.
WEBSITE RESTRICTIONS
Your participating website(s) may not:
1. Infringe on intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
2. Violate any laws or regulations.
3. Contain offensive or inappropriate content.
4. Include viruses or malicious code.
5. Use technology to divert affiliate commissions or web traffic.
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
Upon acceptance, links will be provided via the affiliate interface. Affiliates must:
1. ONLY promote coupon codes provided through our affiliate program.
2. NOT promote codes obtained from non-affiliate channels (e.g., customer emails or paid search).
3. Understand violations may result in removal, sales reversal, or commission reduction.
COUPON CODE ATTRIBUTION
To ensure accurate tracking and prevent abuse:
1. Commissions are only credited when the customer uses your exclusive coupon code or our general code Gardenreet10, in combination with your affiliate link.
2. Orders using unapproved or third-party codes will not earn commissions.
3. Affiliates are encouraged to request a personalized coupon code for better conversion and tracking.
PPC GUIDELINES
Affiliates engaging in PPC advertising must:
1. Not bid on our trademark terms or misspellings.
2. Not use TM+keywords except combinations like "brand+coupon" with appropriate landing pages.
3. Not direct link to our site or use redirects.
4. Not use our URL as the display URL.Violations will result in a 0% commission rate and potential removal.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Affiliates may not create social media pages/accounts using our trademarks or misspellings (e.g., Gardenreet, gardenreet.com).
DOMAIN NAMES
Use of our trademarks or close variations in domain names is strictly prohibited (e.g., www.gardenreet-coupons.com).
EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
Affiliates must:
1. Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
2. Not mislead recipients into thinking emails are from Gardenreet.
FTC COMPLIANCE
Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Gardenreet in all promotions (blogs, videos, emails, social posts, etc.). Disclosures must be clear, stating that you may earn a commission and/or received products for free. Refer to FTC guidelines for more information.We recommend consulting legal advice to ensure full compliance with FTC regulations.
