Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining our programme, if you have any questions or are unsure of our terms please email tom@zipvit.co.uk

Unless explicitly authorised otherwise by Zipvit, the following Programme restrictions apply:

Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own or bid on any domain names with the word zipvit, zipvitsport, projectzv or misspellings of the above in the URL. For example, www.zipfit.co.uk

Affiliates must not include Zipvit Brand Terms, or misspelt variations of the same, in the sub-domain of their website’s URL

Please do not use the word ‘official’ in your advertisements.

We are happy for affiliates to bid on generic terms, however direct linking is prohibited. Any affiliates who do not abide by these rules do risk having their commissions set to zero and possible suspension.

Discount codes

Zipvit encourage affiliates to contact us for exclusive voucher/discount codes and additional incentives.

Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that are:

Explicitly tagged as “affiliate” and visible in the Awin interface for the Zipvit programme; or

Communicated directly by Zipvit (or its appointed agency) to the affiliate in writing (e.g. via Awin, email or official partner updates).

Zipvit affiliate voucher codes typically begin with the prefix “AFF”. The presence of this prefix alone does not constitute authorisation.

Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this due date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.

Unauthorised voucher code activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as misuse of voucher codes:

Scraping, harvesting, or re-posting voucher codes that are intended for other channels only, including but not limited to newsletter-only, staff, influencer, or VIP codes.

“Guessing” or systematically testing generic site codes (e.g. based on naming patterns) and then promoting any working codes as affiliate offers.

Re-tagging or re-publishing codes that are intended for PPC, CRM, social, offline, or any other non-affiliate channel, unless Zipvit has explicitly confirmed in writing that the code is approved for affiliate use.

Affiliates must not promote expired, incomplete, or misleading versions of any Zipvit code.

Consequences of unauthorised code use

Zipvit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or commission at £0 any orders tracked via the affiliate channel where an unauthorised voucher code has been used.

Repeated or deliberate misuse of voucher codes may result in:

Removal of the affiliate’s access to future voucher codes;

Reduction of commission rates; and/or

Suspension or termination from the Zipvit affiliate programme.

Social Media Advertising

Affiliates must not post on any zipvit social media platform in order to attempt to drive visitors to their webpage.
