Joy Love Dolls reserve the right to refuse affiliates with the following types of sites:
- Discount coupon sites.
- Overly pornographic.
- Sites that encourage violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, or other illegal activities
- Use of spyware or phishing techniques or motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practices
- A competitor or a rival company
Domain Restrictions:
Affiliates may not make use of the Joy Love Dolls brand name (including any variations, misspells, or derivatives) in any domain names. So for example www.affiliatesitename.com/joylovedolls is not allowed.
PPC marketing:
Please do not bid on "brand + generic" keywords, such as ”Joy Love Dolls discount", ”Joy Love Dolls voucher codes", etc. PPC bidding on the "Joy Love Dolls" brand name or trademarks (including any variations or misspells such as Joy Love Doll, or joylovedolls, etc) is not allowed. Coupon sites:
We do not accept coupon sites as a affiliate.
Discounts, Offers, and Promotions:
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that have been notified to them by the Joy Love affiliate manager. Affiliates found breaking terms will not receive payment for any sales that arise from this breach and could be removed from the program. Please note commission will not be paid on transactions where an exclusive discount code has been applied incorrectly to a different affiliate/type.
Commissions:
Affiliate Commissions are registered and counted when a sale happens. If a customer cancels within 24 hours according to our cancellation policy or gets a full refund later on, the affiliate commission is not paid or will be deducted from the next payment. This rarely happens but Joy Love Dolls will not be obligated to pay commissions for product sales that are canceled or refunded to customers. Joy Love Dolls reserves the right to change affiliate commissions for new and existing affiliates.
