1. Program Overview:
Gamedays Gear operates an affiliate program that allows Affiliates to promote Gamedays Gear's products and earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1 Affiliate agrees to promote Gamedays Gear's products through various marketing channels in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 Affiliate is solely responsible for the content and manner of promotion, ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and respectful.
3. Commission:
3.1 Gamedays Gear agrees to pay Affiliate a commission on qualifying sales generated through Affiliate's unique affiliate links.
3.2 Commission rate and payment terms will be outlined in a separate commission schedule provided to the Affiliate.
3.3 Commission payments will be made monthly basis.
3.4 In the event of a return or refund for an order made using an affiliate's code, Gamedays Gear reserves the right to deduct the corresponding commission from the Affiliate's future earnings.
4. Confidentiality:
4.1 Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
