Garrison Brothers Distillery Affiliate Agreement
1. Age Restriction:
Affiliates must ensure that marketing and promotional materials do not target individuals under the age of 21. All content must have a clear age-gate or disclaimer stating that the content is intended for those 21 and older.
2. Responsible Marketing:
Affiliates must not promote excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting binge-drinking, driving under the influence, or any behavior that can be harmful when combined with alcohol.
3. Compliance with Laws:
Affiliates must ensure that all promotions are compliant with local, state, and federal laws regarding the advertisement and sale of alcoholic products.
4. Brand Integrity:
Affiliates must uphold and respect the brand values of Garrison Brothers Distillery. Misrepresentation of the brand, its products, or its values will result in immediate termination of the affiliate partnership.
5. No Unsafe Pairings:
Affiliates must not promote Garrison Brothers Distillery products alongside any activity where alcohol consumption may be unsafe, such as operating heavy machinery, sports, etc.
6. Content Guidelines:
All promotional content must be tasteful and professional. Content that is found to be offensive, derogatory, or in poor taste will be grounds for termination of the affiliate partnership.
7. Exclusive Promotions:
Affiliates are only allowed to use promotional materials, coupons, or discount codes provided through the ShareASale platform. Unauthorized promotions or discounts will result in termination from the program.
8. Payment and Compensation:
Affiliates will be compensated as per the structures set out in the ShareASale platform. Any changes or disputes should be communicated directly to the Affiliate Manager.
9. Termination:
Garrison Brothers Distillery reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership if the affiliate is found to be in violation of this agreement. Upon termination, any pending commissions may be withheld.
10. Agreement Modifications:
Garrison Brothers Distillery reserves the right to modify this agreement at any point. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of those changes.
By joining the Garrison Brothers Distillery affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
