Terms and Conditions

Commission will be payable on all confirmed tracked orders. Cancelled orders and duplicate orders will not be validated. All new customer information remains the property of Lily & Loaf and may not be used by affiliate partners to remarket our products without express permission. Any affiliates who do not abide by these rules risk having their commissions set to zero and possible suspension.

Search Engines

Bidding for search terms is allowed on search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, Ask etc. with a few restrictions listed herein (see PPC Policy & Manufacturer Trademarks, and Programme Restrictions)

Bidding on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites is permitted with no restrictions on Lily & Loaf trademarked terms.

Resellers must ensure they follow the PPC Policy on all pay-per-click search engines and advertisements.

PPC Policy & Manufacturer Trademarks

Lily & Loaf International Ltd is the exclusive licensee of the Lily & Loaf, Nutri-Pets, Healthy Rascals & Urban Guise trademarks. In addition, Lily & Loaf are also the exclusive licensee of Nature’s Sunshine products for the UK and Ireland. Affiliates may not bid on Lily & Loaf trademark or licensed terms on any search engines, including international versions.

Lily & Loaf terms include all the following and any potential misspellings not shown here:

Affiliates may not bid on Lily & Loaf (Lily and Loaf) + "term" (Example: Lily & Loaf reviews) on any search engines including but not limited to Google, Bing and Yahoo. 

Programme Restrictions

Unless explicitly authorised otherwise by Lily & Loaf, the following restrictions apply:

  • Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own, or bid on any domain names with the words ‘lilyandloaf’ or misspellings of ‘lily and loaf’ in the URL. For example, www.lillyandloaf.com
  • Affiliates must not include Lily & Loaf Brand Terms, or misspelt variations of the same, in the sub-domain of their website’s URL. For example, http://lilyandloaf.affiliate.com
  • Affiliates may use correctly spelt Lily & Loaf Brand Terms after the domain of their website’s URL. For example, http://www.affiliate.com/Lilyandloaf 

General Guidelines

A registered trademark symbol ® must be clearly used at all times next to either the Lily & Loaf®, Nutri-Pets® or Healthy Rascals® brand. A capital letter is also required on Lily & Loaf, Nutri-Pets and Healthy Rascals always. For example: Lily & Loaf® products etc… rather than, lily and loaf products

Corporate use of the name (i.e., reference to the "Lily & Loaf") should be without the "®". For example: Lily & Loaf is a company dedicated to providing quality products for health, beauty, and balance.

Before joining the Affiliate Program, please ensure your website does not display or sell advertising on any website that contravenes any law or regulation governing false or deceptive advertising.

Lily & Loaf will only work with websites that are neutral on political views or express views in line with Lily & Loaf’s values. Websites will be rejected if they do not meet the following criteria:

  • Websites must be intended for a U.K. audience
  • No masked URL's or overlays are permitted.
  • Websites must be active/live during the application process
  • No adult pornography websites, religious websites, websites that accept tobacco company advertising
  • Customers must be able to navigate using the browsers back button. Any cancelled orders will not be validated.
  • No doorway pages to be built around searches for Lily & Loaf, Nutri-Pets, Healthy Rascals, Nature’s Sunshine

Social Media

Affiliates are not allowed to register the brand Lily & Loaf (or Lily and Loaf) or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes and does not limit to brand + generic word or sentence as well generic word or sentence + brand. Any attempt to register such social media accounts will be a direct breach of the Awin terms and conditions, section 7. Intellectual Property Rights of the Awin code of conduct.

  • Botting is forbidden
  • Intercepting Lily & Loaf customer interactions is forbidden
  • Promoting expired, false, or incorrect offers or information is forbidden

Affiliates must not post on any official Lily & Loaf social media platform in order to attempt to drive visitors to their webpage. Lily & Loaf’s social media platforms include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

Images

·        Only official Lily & Loaf images provided by us are to be used - if you need an image please request one

·        Images of out of stock or discontinued items will not to be promoted

Ad Copy

·        Only official ad copy is to be communicated to consumers

·        Any expired offers or discounts that feature in ad copy are to be removed from site upon the day of expiry    

Discounts & Vouchers

·       Lily & Loaf encourages affiliates to contact us for exclusive voucher/discount codes and additional incentives.

·        Only official discounts and vouchers communicated by Lily & Loaf may be promoted by an affiliate and only sales from these approved voucher codes are eligible for a commission.

·       Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Lily & Loaf affiliate programme 

·        The Discount Voucher will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Discount Voucher, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you via the website. You cannot use the Promotional Discount Voucher after this date.

·       Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this due date unless you are advised otherwise. 

·        Expired discounts and vouchers must not be communicated in any means or form to consumers

·        Discounts and Vouchers may not be promoted as being eligible to be combined with another form of discount, voucher or cashback unless explicitly stated by Lily & Loaf

·        From time to time customers may use a voucher code from an email (an example would be a new customer voucher), this type of voucher code is not eligible for use in the affiliate channel.

·       You cannot use a Discount Voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promotional Discount Codes state that you can combine the Promotional Discount code with other offers.

·       Generally, Discount Vouchers can only be used for one order.

·       Discount Vouchers have no cash redemption value.

·       Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount Vouchers and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.

·       We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Discount Voucher scheme at any time.

·       Lily & Loaf reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale, and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made. 

·       Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.

·       Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. 

·       Please also ensure that you observe IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.

Cash Back Affiliates

Cash Back affiliates may become eligible to a differing commission structure, earning higher commissions for new customers than those received for existing customer sales.

SEO

·        Affiliates must update ad copy that features in search engine page results to ensure it is consistent with the latest Lily & Loaf products, offers, discounts and vouchers, SEO headers and titles that appear in search should be updated to reflect the latest and most up to date offers and vouchers.

Validations

·        We offer a standard 90-day return policy, however, Lily & Loaf will on occasion validate sales before the refund period has expired in exceptional circumstances, and on a case-by-case basis.

Fraud

·        Lily & Loaf reserve the right to withhold payment of commission on suspicious transactions and reserve the right to determine what qualifies as suspicious

Inactive Affiliates

·        Affiliates that fail to promote Lily & Loaf in some form and capacity or fail to register a click within any 6-month period may be removed from the programme without notice

Notice and Action

·        Affiliates agree to action and remedy any request that brings them back in accordance with the Lily & Loaf brand terms in no less than 7 UK working days. Exceptions to this rule are at the discretion of Lily & Loaf
