To work on a Chopper Mill campaign, you must agree to the following:1. The content you create for Chopper Mill will conform to the specifications andinstructions provided to you by Chopper Mill. You cannot use any PPC bidding.2. Your content will be original and created solely by you. Your content will notinclude the intellectual property of other parties, including any third-party music, photographs,artwork, trademarks, logos, or slogans. Your content will not be created using generative AItools.3. You grant Chopper Mill the right to use your name, image, likeness, andbiographical and other identifying information in connection with the campaign and content.Your content will not include any person, or personally identifiable information about anyone,other than you, unless you have the persons at issue sign a release provided by Chopper Mill.4. Chopper Mill has the right to review and approve all content you create for thecampaign prior to its publication, distribution, or use. Chopper Mill may, in its sole discretion,elect not to publish, distribute, or use the content you create for the campaign. Even if the contentis approved, Chopper Mill reserves the right to, for any reason, require you to remove or modifythe content or to remove or modify the content on its own.5. Chopper Mill is and will be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, andinterest in and to the content you create for the campaign, including all copyrights and otherintellectual property rights therein. Chopper Mill will own the content as a work made for hire asdefined in Section 101 of the Copyright Act of 1976.6. During the course of the campaign you will not engage in any influencermarketing or content creation for Chopper Mill’s competitors.7. You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations including theFederal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials and the rulesof social media platforms.8. Chopper Mill will pay you as set forth in the relevant campaign details.9. Chopper Mill may terminate this agreement immediately on written notice to youif you have breached this agreement or if you are involved in any situation which brings you intopublic disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or which reflects unfavorably upon Chopper Millor reduces the commercial value of Chopper Mill’s association with you.10. You are an independent contractor of Chopper Mill. This agreement is personal toyou. You will not assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under thisagreement.
