Woodmaxx Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions:
Welcome to the Woodmaxx Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Brand Bidding Restrictions: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from brand bidding on the names "Woodmaxx", "Woodmax", or "Woodmaxx.com" in any form, whether as broad, partial, or exact match. This includes, but is not limited to: Misspellings of the restricted trade name. Abbreviations of the restricted trade name. Terms identical to the restricted trade name but using incorrect case. Merging of the restricted trade name with other terms, words, or phrases.
Ad Promotions: Affiliates may only promote ads that accurately represent the actual promotions offered by Woodmaxx. Misrepresentation or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
Technology Restrictions: Affiliates are expressly forbidden from using technology to: Access, “crawl”, “acquire”, “copy”, “deep-link”, “inline-link”, or “page scrape” any content or data from Woodmaxx or associated platforms. Employ “robots”, “spiders”, or other automated devices, programs, or algorithms for any purpose related to the affiliate program.
Domain and Site Content Restrictions: Affiliate domain names cannot contain any variation of the Woodmaxx trademark terms. Affiliates are not permitted to design their sites in a manner that resembles Woodmaxx or woodmaxx.com. Affiliates are prohibited from using the Woodmaxx trade name in their website's page titles, meta-tags (including keywords, descriptions, etc.)
Prohibited Web Site Content: Affiliates must ensure that their websites: Do not contain or link to sites with obscene, offensive, or objectionable material. Do not contain or link to sites promoting gambling, adult content, extreme religious views, or extreme political content. Do not employ “typosquatter domains” that redirect web traffic to the affiliate’s link without prior approval.
Software and Business Practices: The publisher agrees not to use any software applications, including but not limited to: Toolbars, adware, spyware, browser helper objects. Pop-up downloadable reminder services. Cloaking software or techniques that redirect users. Any methods that interfere with online tracking or reporting services. Additionally, covert affiliate practices such as link rewriting, cloaking, and other inappropriate business practices are strictly prohibited.
Commission Policies: Woodmaxx retains the right to cancel or void a commission for any reason and at any point in time. Commissions will not be paid on canceled or refunded orders.
Conclusion: By participating in the Woodmaxx Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth above. Non-compliance with any of the terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
