Affiliate Program Agreement: No Branded Terms in Paid PPC Ads
This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions regarding the use of branded terms in paid pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns for the Roamr Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to abide by the following terms:
No Use of Branded Terms: Affiliate agrees not to use any branded terms, trademarks, or variations thereof owned by Roamr in any paid PPC advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Prohibited Use: Affiliate shall refrain from bidding on [Your Company Name] branded terms, including misspellings and variations thereof, as keywords in any PPC campaigns. Additionally, Affiliate shall not use [Your Company Name] branded terms in ad copy, display URLs, or landing page URLs.
Negative Keywords: Affiliate shall utilize an updated list of negative keywords to prevent the appearance of Roamr branded terms triggering their ads.
Violations and Consequences: Any violation of this no branded terms policy may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions. [Your Company Name] reserves the right to take legal action for trademark infringement or other violations of intellectual property rights.
Compliance with PPC Guidelines: Affiliate shall adhere to the PPC advertising guidelines set by the advertising platforms they use. Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or other penalties.
Approval of Ad Copy: Affiliate shall provide any ad copy that includes information about Roamr to AJ for approval before running any paid PPC campaigns.
Exclusion of Organic Rankings: This Agreement applies specifically to paid PPC advertising campaigns and does not restrict Affiliate's ability to compete organically in search engine rankings.
Modifications: Roamr reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program indicates acceptance of these changes.
By participating in the Roamr Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to review this Agreement regularly for any updates or changes.
