Anyone found infringing these terms will be contacted by the minicabit Affiliate Team. Please note anyone in breach of the T&Cs may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances, minicabit reserves the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found in breach of these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity.
Transactions
minicabit will pay commission based on booking value.
Booking Value = Commission
£10-25 = £1
£25.01-100 = £2
100.01+ = £4
There is a 30-day cookie window for customers to make a purchase.
Sales validation
All sales will be validated once the customer has successfully completed use of the service, and that the booking is not been subject to a dispute or fraudulent payment.
Use of voucher codes
Affiliates may only promote minicabit voucher codes that are released through Affiliate Window.
Any unauthorised voucher codes or offers that are promoted will result in commission not being paid.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise.
Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.
Sales will not be validated if the customer has used an affiliate in conjunction with a promotional code from another marketing channel.
Email marketing
Affiliates promoting minicabit through email marketing must contact the minicabit Affiliate Team for sign-off.
Use of trademark
Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of minicabit. These rights include trademarks and service marks, copyright and related rights, trade names and domain names, rights to goodwill or to use in passing off and rights in confidential information.
Social media campaigns
Affiliates must not promote themselves on our Official minicabit Twitter or Facebook pages, blogs or any other social media outlets where we have an official presence.
Content
minicabit shall have the right to refuse to post, remove or edit any Link which links to any materials, content or website that that party reasonably considers contains materials actually or potentially obscene, indecent, offensive, defamatory, unlawful or otherwise objectionable or otherwise unsuitable.
PPC
Please note: minicabit Affiliate Programme does not allow any PPC bidding on their brand name, trademarks, nor variations or misspells of these.
Affiliates are advised to negative match the brand terms, trademarks, and variations and misspellings of all, to avoid any accidental bidding and penalties. Appearing for these prohibited terms plus generics, is also not permitted at any time. Please take care that your ads are not appearing due to broad matching by negatively matching all of the below terms. Be aware that this is not an exhaustive list, and other variations are also not permitted.
