Thank you for your interest in becoming a Sundays affiliate. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as it is each affiliate’s responsibility to ensure compliance at all times. We look forward to receiving your application and to working with you.
COMMISSION
Sundays pays out an 8% commission on all sales.
COOKIES
Sundays operates a 30 day-cookie policy.
PPC GUIDELINES
If you engage in pay-per-click (“PPC”) advertising for your website, you must adhere to the following PPC guidelines:
You may not bid on any Sundays trademarks (including, but not limited to sundays-company.com, sundays-company.ca, Movie Night™ Modular), or any variations or misspellings thereof, for search or content-based campaigns on Google, MSN, Yahoo!, Facebook or any other search or advertising network.
You may not use Sundays trademarks in combination with any other keyword (e.g., “Sundays Coupons”).
You may not use Sundays trademarks in your ad title, ad copy, display name or as the display URL.
You may not direct link to our website from any PPC ad or use redirects that yield the same result.
You may not bid in any manner appearing higher than Sundays for any search term in position 1-5 in any auction-style PPC advertising program.
We have a strict no tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding. If you automate your PPC campaigns, it is your responsibility to exclude our trademarks from your program. We strongly suggest that you add our trademarks as negative keywords. If we determine that you have engaged in PPC trademark bidding with any Sundays trademarks, we may immediately terminate your participation in the Sundays Affiliate Program and you will not be entitled to receive a payout of your earned commissions as of the date of such termination.
COUPON CODE GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and your Website promotes discount codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the Affiliate Window.
You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.
On click through, you must link directly to our website. Framing of our website is strictly prohibited.
EMAIL MARKETING
All email marketing must be signed off by Sundays.
CREATIVE
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the Awin platform.
PRIVACY POLICY
Sundays will respect the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without your express permission. If you have any questions, please contact partnerships@sundays-company.com.
