Brand
Our partners agree to present the L.A Brewery brand and its products in a way that is consistent with how we present ourselves. This includes our partners taking care to use up-to-date images, copy and offers in their marketing activity.
Content and promotion
Any content (including text, video, images and offers) used to promote L.A Brewery and its products must be approved by an L.A Brewery representative before being published.
Social Media
No partner should run a social media campaign using the brand(s) terms without written consent from L.A Brewery.
Paid search policy
Partners are prohibited from running paid search advertising campaigns using L.A Brewery brand terms, product names or other owned assets (including variations or misspellings) without written consent. Such terms include “L.A Brewery”, “LA Brewery”, and “labrewery.co.uk”.
Display
No partner should run a display campaign using the brand(s) terms without written consent from L.A Brewery.
Comparison Shopping Services
No partner should run a CSS campaign using the brand(s) terms without written consent from L.A Brewery.
Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers
Partners should only promote voucher codes, sales and offers communicated by a representative of L.A Brewery.
Cashback
Partners agree to a tiered approach where the brand(s) may offer as little as 0.1% cashback to encourage consumers to spend more money to achieve higher rates.
Compliance
Partners agree to adhere to the relevant regulations and to take reasonable care in ensuring that their marketing is compliant.
Breach of Terms
Where L.A Brewery judge a breach of the terms is severe enough, and in consultation with an independent third party where available such as an Affiliate Network representative, partner commissions can be refused (declined) for transactions relevant to the breach.
Validation and Payment of Commission
Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads. L.A Brewery will validate transactions and leads to determine if they are real or not.
Any affiliate partner that does not adhere to these terms and conditions may be removed from the L.A Brewery affiliate programme at any time.
