aWin Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Sokisahtel.net/en ("Merchant") and all individuals or entities ("Affiliate") participating in the Sokisahtel.net/en Affiliate Program ("Program").
1. Program Participation
1.1 By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1.2 Affiliates must adhere to the aWin Terms of Use in addition to the terms specified in this Agreement.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 Affiliates shall promote Sokisahtel.net/en's products and services in a manner consistent with ethical business practices and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 Affiliates shall not engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive advertising or promotional activities.
2.3 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their marketing channels (websites, emails, social media, etc.) comply with applicable advertising standards and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
3. Compensation
3.1 Affiliates will earn commissions based on qualifying purchases generated through their unique tracking links provided by aWin.
3.2 Commission rates and payment terms shall be determined by Sokisahtel.net/en and communicated through the aWin platform.
3.3 Payments will be processed in accordance with aWin’s payment schedule and policies.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Merchant grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use approved promotional materials, trademarks, and logos solely for the purpose of promoting Sokisahtel.net/en.
4.2 Affiliates may not alter or misuse any intellectual property provided by Merchant.
5. Termination
5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice through the aWin platform.
5.2 Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately remove all promotional materials and cease use of Merchant’s trademarks and content.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Merchant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.
6.2 Merchant’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate during the six (6) months prior to the claim.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations relating to the Program.
