By applying and joining the Ciele Cosmetics affiliate program, you are agreeing to the following special terms and conditions:
You will not utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon or other promotional opportunity that is not specifically authorized for use within the affiliate channel.
You will not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display or permit any written material that makes reference to Ciele Cosmetics without first submitting such material to Ciele Cosmetics for approval and receiving express prior written consent which shall be in their sole and absolute discretion.
Your web site shall not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of the Ciele Cosmetics web site, nor shall you create the impression that your web site is the Ciele Cosmetics web site or a part of the Ciele Cosmetics web site.
You shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of the Ciele Cosmetics web site.
You shall not bid on any keyword in Pay per Click Search Engines (PPCSEs) that is a Ciele Cosmetics trademark or a derivation of a trademark, or any other word or term that is likely to cause confusion regarding its affiliation with Ciele Cosmetics. Some examples of these keywords include, but are not limited to:
Ciele Cosmetics, CieleCosmetics, Ciele Cosmetics makeup, Ciele Cosmetics coupon, Ciele Cosmetics blush, Ciele Cosmetics deal, Ciele Cosmetics promotion, Ciele Cosmetics.com, or any variation or misspelling.
Ciele Cosmetics may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify this list to include any other word or phrase.
If promoting Ciele Cosmetics using non-branded terms in PPCSEs, you are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any Ciele Cosmetics related trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations set forth in the list provided above; (ii) using the language "official site" or variations thereof in ad copy and from adding trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iii) using promotional language such as references to specific coupons and/or free shipping
offers in ad copy.
If promoting Ciele Cosmetics using non-branded terms in PPCSEs, you must designate yourself as such by adding "aff" or "affiliate" to your ad copy.
You will not to employ the use of any type of software download or technology which attempts to intercept or re-direct traffic or referral fees to or from, any other website without the written consent of Ciele Cosmetics.
You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your web site and, except for URLs provided by Ciele Cosmetics, for all content appearing on your web site. You assume sole responsibility for the accuracy of the content of your web site, including, without limitation, descriptive claims, warranties, guarantees, and ensuring that the content on your web site ("Content") and that the operation of your web site does not infringe or violate
any right of any third party.
You shall not place or cause to be placed on your web site anything which is obscene, threatening, malicious, or which infringes on or violates any applicable law or regulation or any proprietary, contract, moral, privacy or other third party right, or which otherwise exposes you and/or Ciele Cosmetics to civil or criminal liability.
You shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, without limitation, CAN-SPAM, and any Internet or advertising regulations or policies of the United States in connection with your web site.
You shall immediately notify Ciele Cosmetics of any demand, claim, or action by a third party insofar as such demand, claim or action alleges that your web site, its content or its operation does not meet the requirements of these special terms.
You will use the product images and descriptions only as provided by Ciele Cosmetics and only in the manner consistent with the affiliate relationship for the promotion and sale of Ciele Cosmetics products.
Purchase Related Policies - Use of Ciele Cosmetics
The products available on the Ciele Cosmetics site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples that you purchase or otherwise receive from Ciele Cosmetics. Customers may not purchase more than 10 units of a single item in one transaction and/or within a 24 hours window. Ciele Cosmetics reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that they believe, in their sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Fraud Protection
Ciele Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, Ciele Cosmetics may reject your order or the Ciele Cosmetics customer service department may call you/the customer at the phone number provided to confirm an order. Ciele Cosmetics also reserves the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. Ciele Cosmetics takes these measures to protect their customers as well as themselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
