Voucher and Cashback sites
Currently, the Nadine Merabi affiliate programme does not accept any voucher/discount or cashback sites on to the programme. erms and conditions content
Affiliate Requirements:
All affiliates are required to adhere to Nadine Merabi Ts & Cs. These may be subject to change, but are included below for reference.
Affiliates must always promote Nadine Merabi in a positive, relevant manner.
All affiliates who apply to the Nadine Merabi affiliate program will be reviewed prior to a decision being reached. To maximise your chance of being accepted, clearly express your relevance and value to the Nadine Merabi program in your application and only list the URL/URLs that you plan to feature Nadine Merabi on. Any approvals, apply only to the URLS provided at the time of application. You do not have permission to feature Nadine Merabi on any sites that are not listed in your original application.
If you wish to feature Nadine Merabi on other sites that you own, please contact the Affiliate team
The following affiliate sites or behaviours are not permitted:
• Under construction
• Contain adult content or are pornographic or sexually explicit
• Promote violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, or other illegal activities
• Use spyware or phishing techniques or are motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practises
• Adopt black hat web practices
• Work against the interest of Nadine Merabi
• A competitor or rival company
• Participate in fraudulent activities
• Affiliates are not allowed to promote Nadine Merabi products on any Search Engines.
Please note, this list is not exhaustive. You are encouraged to clearly express your relevance and value to the Nadine Merabi programme in your application. If you are rejected, please check that your URL is not in breach of any Ts and Cs. You may be rejected if your website does not clearly highlight an obvious relevance for promoting Nadine Merabi. If you wish for your application to be reconsidered, please send details of how you plan to feature Nadine Merabi, along with all URLs that you’d like to be considered to the Affiliate team.
In addition affiliates may not:
• Put the Nadine Merabi website into frames or use masked URLs.
• Purchase domain names which include the Nadine Merabi brand name, registered trademarks, nor any misspells or variations.
• Alter any of the creative or text links available through Affiliate Window interface.
• Hardcode banners into their site, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window may take immediate effect.
Validations
Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, however the change to bi-monthly validations will provide faster feedback regarding order status
Terms
All affiliates are required to adhere to Nadine Merabi Terms and Conditions.
Nadine Merabi reserves the right not to honour any commissions that have been generated in a fraudulent or dishonest manner. Any affiliate found to be acting in a fraudulent or dishonest manner faces immediate expulsion, with any pending commissions withheld.
Our partners may only display and/or otherwise utilise or make available vouchers that Nadine Merabi have explicitly released for their individual sites use or a generic code with prior approval for us. Any partner found displaying or promoting vouchercodes not provided for their use will not be remunerated for sales driven off the back of any misused vouchercodes. We ask that partners make clear in their terms and conditions in particular in regards to cashback that any misused codes will warrant in their cashback being declined.
