Coupon Code Policy
If you promote coupon codes under the program, the following guidelines apply:

PPC Guidelines
If you participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to the following:
Do not bid on EarFun trademark terms (including variations or misspellings) in any search or content network without written permission. Trademarked terms include: EarFun, myearfun.com, www.myearfun.com, and related variants.
Do not use EarFun trademarks in conjunction with any other keywords (e.g., "EarFun Coupons") without prior written consent.
Do not link paid ads directly to our website or use redirects that lead to our site. Direct traffic to your own landing page.
Do not use our domain (www.myearfun.com) as your display URL. Subfolders or subdomains (e.g., yourdomain.com/EarFun) are acceptable.
Automated PPC campaigns must exclude EarFun trademarks. Add our trademarks as negative keywords. Violations may result in a 0% commission rate retroactively, without notice.
Social Media Restrictions
Affiliates may not create pages, groups, or accounts using EarFun trademarks, variations, or misspellings on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, or Instagram. This includes terms such as EarFun, EarFun.com, www.EarFun.com, myearfun.com, and www.myearfun.com.
Domain Name Usage
Using our trademarks or variations in your domain names is strictly prohibited (e.g., www.earfun-coupons.com, www.myearfun-coupons.com).
Advertising and Promotional Materials
All advertising and promotional materials must be pre-approved. You may not publish, distribute, or print any program-related content without our prior written consent.
Email Campaign Compliance
If you promote via email:
You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law 108-187).
Emails must be sent on your behalf and must not misrepresent affiliation with EarFun.
All emails must be submitted to us for approval before distribution.
Disclosure and Compliance
Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their relationship with EarFun in all promotional content, including but not limited to blogs, videos, emails, social media, and website pages. Your audience must be informed that you may earn a commission from purchases made through your links. Disclosure should be clear and state that EarFun compensates you for reviews or recommendations. If you received free products from EarFun in exchange for reviews, that must also be explicitly disclosed.
