70mai Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for ShareASale Channel
1. Enrollment:
1.1. To participate in the 70mai affiliate program, you must sign up as an affiliate on the ShareASale platform and apply to join our program.
1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1. As an affiliate, you agree to comply with the ShareASale terms and conditions, as well as our specific program terms.
2.2. You will promote our products/services using ethical and lawful marketing methods.
3. Commissions:
3.1. You will earn a commission on qualified sales referred through your ShareASale affiliate links.
3.2. Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined in the ShareASale platform and our program documentation.
4. Advertising:
4.1. You do not have permission to spend money on ads specifically promoting 70mai or its products, especially in search engines and social media. However, if you're interested in exploring paid ads with our company, we're open to collaboration. Please reach out to our affiliate management team.
4.2. These restrictions include, but are not limited to pay-per-click, pay-per-view, pay-per-impression, media buys, social media marketplaces (Facebook, Instagram), offline print publications, eBay, Craigslist, billboards, radio, TV/cable, YouTube, traffic exchanges, and others.
4.3. No direct linking, no trademark keyword bidding, no trademark plus coupon keyword bidding, and no non-trademark keyword bidding. We will monitor this account daily for violations.
5. Trademark:
5.1. Trademark (or mark) includes 70mai and/or any misspellings or similar alterations of these keywords.
5.2. Affiliate agrees not to register or use any URLs, domains, or social profiles (pages, groups, forums) which are considered by 70mai to be infringing on 70mai's intellectual property rights, proprietary rights or constituting unfair competition to 70mai.
5.3. Affiliate agrees not to use, register, purchase or otherwise contract with a third party to exploit any of the 70mai trademarks or registered domain names or any marks or domain names which may, in 70mai's reasonable discretion, be confused with 70mai trademarks or registered domain names, including but not limited to misspellings of 70mai trademarks or registered domain names, whether in metatags or otherwise.
6. Deals and Promotions:
6.1. YES, you can purchase through your own affiliate links. We encourage you to purchase our products so that you may be able to share and speak to the entire customer experience from a place of genuine authenticity.
6.2. When promoting 70mai, find all coupon codes through the ShareASale Deals and Coupons Database under the Links Tab. Read our newsletters for tips, ideas, and best practices. Talk to the management team.
6.3. Affiliates are not permitted to use misleading text, images, or links that imply any deal that is not expressly authorized through the affiliate channel. The use of exclusive coupon codes by unauthorized affiliates will result in voided transactions. User-submitted coupon codes from other marketing channels, such as email are prohibited from use by affiliates. We have the right to void those sales. Expired coupons and deals must be removed or marked as expired immediately.
6.4. Only use logos, banners, and images provided through the ShareASale interface. Contact the affiliate management team before using any images from the merchant's website or social media.
6.5. Sub-affiliate transactions without referring URLs are subject to voids. We must know who is promoting our products and where the traffic is coming from. Coupon, loyalty, and paid search affiliates are prohibited from using sub-affiliate networks to promote 70mai.
6.6. We reserve the right to reverse transactions due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, credit card fraud, disputed charges, or violations of this agreement.
7. FTC Compliance:
7.1. You are required by 70mai to disclose your affiliate relationship on any promotion for this merchant. This includes but is not limited to blog posts, videos, emails, social media, and website pages.
7.2. Your audience must understand that you could earn commissions if they click your links. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that 70mai is compensating you for your review or endorsement.
7.3. If you received the product for free from 70mai for review, this also must be clearly stated in your disclosure.
8. Affiliate Links and Tracking:
8.1. You will receive unique affiliate links from ShareASale to track your referrals.
8.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly formatted and tracked.
9. Reporting and Payment:
9.1. ShareASale will provide you with access to reporting tools to track your referrals and commissions.
9.2. Payments will be made according to ShareASale's payment terms and methods.
10. Termination:
10.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice.
10.2. Violation of these terms and conditions, ShareASale terms, or program policies may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
