Bloomi Affiliate Branding Guidelines (AWIN)

1. Approved Brand Assets

Logos and Images: Affiliates must use only the official Bloomi logos, product images, and banners provided through the AWIN platform or directly by Bloomi.

Usage Restrictions: Do not alter, stretch, recolor, or modify the logos and images in any way. Ensure that all brand assets are used in their original form to maintain brand integrity.

Accessing Assets: All approved brand assets are available in your AWIN dashboard under the "Creative" section.

2. Brand Voice and Messaging

Tone: All promotional content should reflect Bloomi's brand voice—professional, empathetic, and empowering.

Messaging Consistency: Use official product descriptions and messaging as provided. Avoid making unverified claims or altering the intended message.

Prohibited Claims: Do not make health claims or promises that aren’t backed by our official product documentation or website. Avoid fear-based marketing tactics.

3. Visual Guidelines

Color Palette: Use Bloomi's official color palette as specified in the brand guidelines. Avoid using colors that clash with or misrepresent the brand identity.

Typography: Use the brand’s specified fonts. If unavailable, opt for clean, easy-to-read alternatives. Avoid overly decorative or hard-to-read fonts.

Imagery: Use high-quality images that align with Bloomi’s brand aesthetic. Avoid using low-quality or unrelated stock images.

4. Content Guidelines

Accuracy: Ensure that all promotional content is truthful, accurate, and consistent with Bloomi’s brand voice.

Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Bloomi in compliance with FTC guidelines. For example: "This post contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission if you click and make a purchase."

Social Media: When promoting on social media, clearly identify yourself as an independent affiliate. Use appropriate hashtags and tag Bloomi's official accounts where applicable.

5. Prohibited Practices

Unauthorized Branding: Do not create your own logos, mimic Bloomi's branding, or design assets that could confuse customers about the origin of the content.

Misleading Content: Avoid exaggerated or misleading claims about Bloomi's products or services.

Inappropriate Content: Do not use inappropriate language or engage in deceptive marketing practices (e.g., clickbait or spamming).

6. Content Review and Compliance

Review Rights: Bloomi reserves the right to review and request removal or revision of any content that misrepresents our brand or products.

Non-Compliance: Affiliates found in violation of these guidelines may be removed from the program, and any associated commissions may be withheld.
