1. Introduction
Welcome to TECKNET on AWIN. By accessing and using our affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
Participation in our affiliate program is open to individuals who are at least 16 years old and entities that operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Affiliate Registration
To join our program, you must complete the online registration form and be approved by us. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
4. Commissions
Affiliates will earn commissions based on the successful sales generated through their referral links. The commission rates are detailed in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Commissions are only paid for completed sales that are not refunded or cancelled.
5. Payment Terms
Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate's balance has reached the minimum payout threshold. If the balance is below the threshold, the amount will be carried over to the next month. Payment methods and thresholds are specified in the affiliate dashboard.
6. Promotional Materials
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products within the guidelines provided. Affiliates must not alter any of our materials or present them in a misleading manner.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in any of the following:
Use of unsolicited commercial emails (spam) to promote our products.
Misrepresentation of our products or brand.
Use of deceptive or misleading advertising.
Engagement in fraudulent activities to generate commissions.
Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotional activities related to our products and remove all links and materials from their sites.
9. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
