Affiliate Agreement: This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Biotulin Affiliate Program. It is crucial to read and understand this agreement before promoting Biotulin.
PPC Compliance (Pay Per Click):
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Biotulin brand keywords, including any misspellings or variations, for PPC campaigns on search engines.
Affiliates are not allowed to use the Biotulin brand name in any "Ad Text" without explicit permission.
Biotulin reserves the right to work with select affiliates for brand bidding. Any unauthorized brand bidding will result in immediate termination from the program.
Coupon Compliance:
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on keywords that combine the Biotulin brand with terms like "coupons" (e.g., "Biotulin Coupons").
Affiliates must not use misleading tactics, such as "Click to Reveal Coupon Code", to increase clicks.
Affiliates must ensure that any coupon promotions are accurate and valid. Misrepresentation will result in removal from the program.
Sales Tax & Government Regulation:
Affiliates must be aware of and comply with sales tax regulations in their respective states.
Affiliates from states with specific online sales tax laws may be required to provide documentation and signatures to confirm their compliance.
Integrity and Ethical Practices:
Affiliates must maintain high ethical standards and promote Biotulin in a manner that is honest and aligns with the brand's values.
Any suspicious or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
Termination:
Biotulin reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program if they violate any of the terms and conditions.
Affiliates can also choose to exit the program at any time but must notify Biotulin in writing.
Modifications:
Biotulin may update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, but it is their responsibility to review the terms regularly.
By participating in the Biotulin Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions.
